
£22,000 - £25,000 per annum
One of our clients is currently recruiting for an Administrator to work on an initial 12 month fixed-term contract. They’re looking for someone who is happy to join a busy and lively team and come in and hit the ground running.
Typical duties would include:
- Calculating contractor hours and assisting with timesheet allocations
- Managing job contracts and organising planned maintenance visits
- Raising and assigning quotes for works
- Liaising with clients and customers with regards to quotes
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous administration experience
- Able to work to time pressured deadlines
- Personable and able to speak with senior stakeholders when required
- Good IT skills with familiarity with MS Office products including Excel.
