An opportunity has come up for a very well-established business based just outside of Cambridge. They are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis! This position is office-based Monday – Friday.
Main duties will include:
- Provide second line I.T Support to the service desk
- Testing of new designs to improve business performance
- Troubleshooting of business applications
- Training staff in business applications
- Recording and solving application issues.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience with SQL Servers (Back end)
- Attention to details
- Energised team player
- Knowledge of an ITIL Framework (preferred)
- Knowledge of managing multiple applications within a Microsoft environment
- A proactive approach to work
