£26,000 - £28,000 Per Annum
Our client is an exciting and expanding company based in South East Cambridge, they are looking for an HR and Recruitment Administrator to join their team on an initial 12 month contract with the possibility of being extended. This role will suit somebody looking to get into HR or a candidate with experience in this area. It will be undertaken on a circa 1 day per week in the office basis.
Main duties will include:
- Scheduling interviews
- Liaising with hiring managers, agencies and candidates
- Advertising vacancies
- Document management
- On-boarding new starters
- Adding data to the system
- Supporting with ad-hoc HR duties
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience within or a passion to get into HR
- Attention to detail
- A proactive approach to work
- IT proficiency
- The ability to work to deadlines
