We are currently recruiting for a successful, family-run manufacturing company on the outskirts of Royston. Due to ongoing growth, they are looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join them on a full–time permanent basis.

Typical duties will include:

  • Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Providing exceptional customer service to customers
  • Booking appointments for the external sales team
  • Promoting new products via outbound calls and emails
  • Ad hoc administration as required by the team

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A positive and confident approach
  • Good attention to detail and polished organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages
