Eclectic has partnered with a well-established, highly successful IT services company who are searching for an experienced IT Support Engineer to deliver outstanding technical support on a full time, permanent basis.
Key responsibilities will include:
Ensure that all operational systems are fully understood and effectively used
Maintain & implement service documentation
Resolve and follow the set ticket dispatched process of service requests ensuring they are in the right priority for the customer and the business strategy
Have a good working relationship and rapport with all company staff members always showing a high level of motivation
The successful candidate will have:
A minimum of 2 years in a similar position
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and to think logically when troubleshooting
Understanding of Microsoft Windows & Server Platforms plus Microsoft Office Versions
Solid demonstratable working knowledge of Autotask and RMM
